Creating a New Agreement ~
Holding onto old thought patterns, stuck emotions, and unsupportive belief systems is like creating a museum or shine for “old stuff” that doesn’t matter anymore! Unless you are going to use it or you are going to somehow benefit by holding on to this “old stuff” get rid of it!!! If you feel the need to hold onto the experience of all this “old stuff” then document it in your journal add some photos put it away and allow yourself to move forward by living your life!
Create an agreement with yourself to move forward from all the “old stuck stuff” in your life that no longer fits in your life, does not benefit your highest good, or moves you forward living your life fully!
If you could sell all this “old stuff” that has held your focus for so long how much do you think you could get for it? Probably nothing! So get rid of it!!!
Replace all this old thought patterning, emotions, cellular memory, and belief systems with a new focus that benefits your current life and your goals moving forward. Create an agreement with yourself and an intent about what you would like to create in your life, what you would like to experience in your life, and what types of opportunities you would like to attract in your life!
